Take It All
Hillsong’s 15th live praise album opens with explosive music and cheering in “Take It All”. Fast Christian music and a strong beat make this opening song one to remember. The lyrics remind us that the only thing we need in life is God and that we are living totally for Him. The chorus can seem dull and repetitive with “take, take, take it all” but overall it is a good rhythmic Christian music song.

The Freedom We Know
An almost dance-like beat begins “The Freedom We Know” and speeds up into a fun and exciting Christian music song. The lyrics sing about the freedom we have as Christians, and wishing that the whole world would know it. The singing is sung without emotion throughout, and the ending “dance, dance in the freedom we know” is repetitive but as the music speeds up the congregation enjoy themselves with a spot of dancing.

For Who You Are
Another Christian music song sung without emotion is “For Who You Are” which is a slow song which worships God because of what He has done for us and for who He is. The guitar rifts in the middle of the song liven it up a bit, but the listener must be wondering where the refreshing vocals of Darlene Zschech are.

You Alone Are God
The shortness of “You Alone Are God” is compensated for by singing it over and over again. The lyrics praise God by saying He is all we will ever need, but they are sung so quietly it is hard to hear them above the strong beat. As this Christian music song progresses it becomes more passionate which adds a lot of interest for the listener, but the downside of this is that the listener will focus on the fun music and not on the gentle lyrics.

At The Cross
The beautiful vocals of Darlene Zschech bring “At the Cross” alive. She emotionally reminds us of God’s great love for us and highlights the importance of the cross. This is a lovely gentle Christian music song to listen to and a refreshing change from the previous songs.

From The Inside Out
A desire to be totally consumed by God is sung about in “From the Inside Out” and after the dull start it becomes more exciting due to the singers entering into the song more. The lyrics are not up to much and so the music becomes louder and faster to add more interest to the Christian music song.

Found
“Found” thanks Jesus for what He did for us and praises Him for dying for us. This is a very slow, quiet and dull song but the audience seemed to like it as they rewarded it with loud applause.

More To See
The bouncy “More to See” makes a nice change as is sung by an all-female choir which sounds very effective. This is a happy upbeat Christian music song that sings of the joy each new day brings, and if we opened our eyes we could see God’s mercies all around us.

Adonai
“Adonai” is a pleasant song that sings of forever loving and adoring God. Hillsong fans will like this Christian music song as is short and easy to sing with a plus point of being fun. There is a great atmosphere with this song which shows that the audience really enjoyed it, even though there is nothing special about it to make it stand out against the rest on this album.

I Believe
“I Believe” begins with fun electric guitar rifts and progresses into an energetic song that simply states that we believe in Jesus. This is a short and repetitive Christian music song which proves to be very successful in Hillsong albums despite the empty lyrics.

Oceans Will Part
Wanting our eyes to be opened to see the work of God clearly is sung about in the gentle “Oceans Will Part” which is a very relaxing Christian music song. The clear vocals work well with the music and sound really good despite the vague lyrics.

None But Jesus
The pleasant “None but Jesus” is an enjoyable lilting Christian music song sung by Darlene Zschech. The lyrics remind us that God is all we will ever need and praising Jesus for the cross. This song is brought alive by the vocals of Darlene Zschech and she makes it a joy to listen to.

Higher / I Believe In You
The long “Higher / I Believe in You” is unfortunately one of the dullest Christian music songs on the album with empty lyrics that say little more than God is the highest. Despite that, this song has one of the best atmospheres due to the fantastic upbeat audience who have stopped many songs on this album becoming too dull.

Mighty To Save
Clear vocals and a likeable tune lead us through the ending song “Mighty to Save” which is easy to sing. This simple praise song states the obvious in Christianity e.g. “Jesus conquered the grave” and the audience loved this Christian music song as it is interesting and fun and provides us with great background singing. This is a great ending song as is sung so passionately.
