Returns Policy |
Your right to cancel
Should you proceed to order you can cancel the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to the point of despatch. Note, funds are only taken from your credit card at the time of despatch.
How to cancel
You can cancel your order online up to the point where it is in processing or has been despatched.
To cancel an order:
Logon to the site and click your 'my account' button. When you view your outstanding orders you will see a list of your orders that have not yet been despatched. If the order status is 'order placed' or 'awaiting stock' the order can be cancelled and you will see a 'cancel' button next to it. To cancel an order press the cancel button. You will be asked if you are sure you wish to cancel.

Returns policy
If you need to return your goods please follow our 3 Point Returns Policy:
- Only faulty products can be returned (this includes items sent in error). Please note: we can only accept the return items if they are faulty.
- You will be fully refunded, including return of postage costs for a product which is damaged or faulty.
- The returned product must be received by our returns department and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt in it's original packaging (or equivalent), at the address shown below:
